The Global History Student Conference is free-of-charge and no registration is required. It begins at 9.30 a.m. on Saturday, May 20, with Michael Goebel´s keynote address: Global Urban History – Staking Out A New Field.
The registration of the panelists is open from 8.30 a.m. on.
By now, we have also updated the program of this year´s conference to include information on the workshops we offer on Sunday morning at 9.30 a.m. The workshops introduce the methodological approaches of Visual and Digital History as exciting new and concrete opportunities for student research. The Visual History workshop is facilitated by Norma Ladewig of the FU Berlin, whereas Thomas Werneke and Martin Schmitt of the ZZF Potsdam instruct the Digital History workshop.
If you are not a panelist but still interested in taking part in one of the workshops, just come by on Sunday or you can write us a short email before and we´ll make it happen.
